More booked calls from the audience you already have.

I'm Chad, a HighLevel Certified Admin. I build your client system in GoHighLevel — the lead magnet, the follow-up emails, the booking and the pipeline — so it runs on its own. You do the work your clients pay you for. The system brings you the calls.

If this sounds like your business, something's leaking.

  • People download your freebie, then never hear from you again.
  • Leads live in your DMs, your inbox and a spreadsheet, and some of them fall through.
  • You go back and forth over email just to find a time for a call.
  • Booked calls don't show up, and nobody follows up with them.
  • You pay for five tools that don't talk to each other.

None of these are traffic problems. They're plumbing, and plumbing can be fixed.

One system, in one GoHighLevel account you own.

Most service businesses hire a different person for each piece, then lose clients in the gaps between them. I build the whole path, so nothing falls between the pieces.

Lead magnet and opt-in page
A freebie people actually keep, on a page with one job, delivered within seconds of sign-up.
Follow-up emails
A short sequence that starts a conversation and makes the offer, sent from your own authenticated domain so it lands in the inbox.
Booking and reminders
One calendar link, a short form, an automatic Google Meet or Zoom link, reminders before the call and a rebook email for no-shows.
Pipeline and CRM
Every lead in one place, moving stage by stage on what they actually do, not on what you remember to update.
Weekly numbers
Six numbers that show where people drop off, so the next fix is obvious instead of a guess.

How we work together

  1. Free Leak Call

Thirty minutes on Google Meet. We walk your path from first click to paid client and find the biggest leak. You leave with the fix, whether you hire me or not.

  2. Plan and fixed price

Within two working days you get a written plan: what I'll build, in what order, and what it costs.

  3. Build

Two to eight weeks, depending on the scope. You see each piece before it goes live, and nothing launches until you've signed it off.

  4. Launch

I test every path with real sign-ups and bookings, then hand it over with a short walkthrough. From then on it runs on its own.

Chad Godoy

Hi, I'm Chad.

My first job was inspecting cement plants as a licensed mechanical engineer. It taught me the one habit I still use every day: when something breaks, don't just fix it. Find out why it broke, then rebuild it so it can't break that way again.

Ten years ago I started building and running funnels for a nutrition company. I'm still with them. Now I do the same for coaches, consultants and other experts who run a service business, in GoHighLevel, from the Philippines.

More about me

Questions people ask first

Do I need to be on GoHighLevel already?

No. If you're not on it yet, we set up a new account in your name, so you own the system and the data. If you're on ClickFunnels, Kajabi, Kartra or a mix of tools, I'll map what you have and move what's worth keeping.

What does it cost?

It depends on what's leaking and how much needs building. After the free call you get a written plan with a fixed price, so you know the full cost before anything starts.

Can I hire you for just one piece?

Yes, and that's usually how it starts: one broken stage first, like a freebie nobody follows up or a booking process that loses people. If it goes well, it grows from there. My longest client relationship, ten years now, began as a short gig.

How long does a build take?

A lead magnet with its opt-in page and follow-up emails is usually two to three weeks. A full system, from lead magnet to booking, pipeline and reporting, runs four to eight weeks, depending on how much of the content already exists.

You're in the Philippines. How does that work?

I've worked with clients in the US, UK and Australia for ten years. We agree a regular overlap window that suits your time zone, and the rest runs asynchronously. Because I'm building a system rather than waiting to be handed tasks, most of the work doesn't need us both awake at the same time.

What happens after launch?

It runs on its own. New leads get the freebie, the follow-up emails, the booking link and the reminders without anyone touching it, and every deal moves through your pipeline by itself. You get a walkthrough and written notes on how it all works. If you want something added later, like a new offer or a second lead magnet, I'm a message away.

Tell me which step is leaking.

Thirty minutes, free. We walk your path from first click to paid client, find the biggest leak, and you leave with the fix — whether you hire me or not.
